Analytical method development / validation
Analytical methods – developed by or implemented at TOXI-COOP – are validated to assure that the analytical procedure is fit for the intended purpose: measures attribute(s) of a test item with the needed specificity/selectivity, accuracy, precision over the reportable range.
Regulatory guidance for the validation of analytical procedures are appropriately chosen to meet study requirements.
Analytical methods used at TOXI-COOP include:
– HPLC-UV, -FL, -DAD
– HPLC-MS
– GC-FID
– GC-MS
– ICP-OES
– UV-VIS Spectrophotometry
– TOC Analysis
– Gravimetry
– Titrimetry
