Toxicoop was founded in 1982 as a joint venture of the eight, formerly state-owned hungarian pharmaceutical companies. The company underwent several steps of privatisations.
Today, Toxi-Coop is a fully privately owned contract research organisation serving the pharmaceutical, chemical and agrochemical industries.
